Adobe is a combination of mud, straw and whatever else is handy which might lend some structural strength. The
ingredients are mixed together then poured into wooden molds and allowed to dry 10 days or so. These are the fundamental building blocks Peruvian
houses are made of. Adobe is free, insulates against the heat and cold, and is easy to make. The buildings in the background are also made of adobe. A
proper roof is necessary to keep the building in good shape.
