Our final stop in Peru was Lima - Miraflores to be exact. We had one day to spend there before we flew home, so we asked the hotel concierge to recommend a  restaurant  that served ceviche, & she suggested Alfresco.

They serve the best ceviche I've ever had. I still think about it to this day. I regret not taking a photograph of it, it was so good! The freshest fish, lightly marinated, and served in generous portions with yams, followed by spicy seafood soup & ice cold beers. An incredible meal to end an incredible trip . . .
